Hi all,
I have a little question about casting holy/dark spell with 0 spell power, since it say: last for 0.5 turn. I was wondering if it counted like 1 turn.
Like i cast bless on Xbows, for 0,5 turn. But they jsut ended there turn before i cast it, will they still benefit of the effet of the spell even if it 0.9 turn after the spell was cast. | | Hover your mouse over the hero wait button. If the hero's turn comes before the bless won't effect the xbow's shot. | | don't think so, it says 0.5, so after 0.5 of a turn has passed they will not benefit from the bless, btw the 0.5 turn does not represent the turn for xbows only, it represents 0.5 of the whole "round" as in the turn of all creatures in battle | imagine a race track (arctic's example). one turn is the time taken for an initiative 10 creature to run a lap. so, your bless will last for half a lap of the initiative 10 creature. generally, the hero has ini 10, so it would be half the time taken for the hero to get back the turn.
So, alec is right - half the hero's turn is basically all the time between the hero's chance, and where the hero's chance would be if you waited. if the xbows get a turn within that time, the bless will have effect. |
