There are particular restrictions against using some GH/MH artifacts. These restrictions are often a fixed combat level.
But logically, shouldn't it be like these:A character who has reached the hunter level where he can loot GH/MH arts, can use the arts. | | -1 | -1
That would cause it impossible to beat most of lower level hunt records. It'd also cut the profits of renting Hunter-arts :S | | -1 | | logically the hunt set will be very imbalanced for the low lvls, which in fact is part of the item 7.
