3-4 dark elves r almost the unbeatables...knights r good too
5 knights get very good, wizard too...
well it is ur choice n how u like to play...if u like might then go as barbarian or defence as wizard...u choose |

Nearly all fights with same AP/level are quite balanced, It's possible to play against any faction with certain talents/recruitments. But yeah, DE is good on lv3-4, Minotaurs hack down everything in combination with speed of rogues.
On lv5 DE isn't so awesome, It needs to trust on it's magic. |
