hey friends.......i have seen many elves and wizards who do rapid or chastise on their 5-6 stacks at one time?
how can we do that? is it some kind of talent or ability? |
It's a kind of talent under holy section called dominion of wrath... It allows rapid and chastise to be cast at a mass spell...
It also needs twice the mana to cast though... |
