AuthorLuck Vs Morale Vs Initiative
Pl dont explain their meaning and what effect do they have.
What i am looking for is something like this:-
For Eg.In Chess relative value of pieces is-
Pawn : Knight : Bishop : Rook : Queen
1 : 1.5 : 1.5 : 2.5 : 5
(or something similar)
I want an answer like- 1 luck is worth about 1.3 morale points (or whatever)
dunno about luck n moral...we cant compare them...
1 morale is usually worth 5 initiative points cause it has a chance of triggering of 10% n enhancing the stacks turn to half...
Phew, luck and morale depends on creatures and game style you use.

Luck gives +10% chance to do double damage.(with maximum effect of 50%) Only problem with this is sometimes you count with normal damage and double damage just goes to waste because stack is already dead anyway.

Morale gives +10% chance to double your initiative for one turn.(if morale bursts your turn comes twice as fast)..so roughly it is worth +10% initiative. But thats a bit tricky I will explain below.

Initiative gives you your moves slightly faster. But for example +5% initiative can give you greater edge than 2 morale simply because morale cannot affect your first turn.(you have to move to get a chance to burst) The importance of first turn is seen greatly at shrews vs. shrews battles or with shooters.

All shooters in LWM except orcs(11) and crossbowmen(8) have 10 basic initiative. So the +5% can make you probably shoot first, and the opponent can have +3 morale, but plays without shooters, because most of them are dead after first turn. Not saying he cannot burst with melee attackers and win the advantage back if he has morale.

But the point is it is pretty much up to you and your style what do you prefer. Most important is understanding what these parameters actually do and how they influence your battle.
