i insist that he should be fined for his poor sportsmanship and the keepers should pay more attention to such a rules violations as one described above since if those sneacky guys woun't be punished every single time they do something like that, more and more people would start using this 'method' wasting somebodies' precious time and wasting other's artifacts.
