Option A: Wait till you are level 3; you have less than 200 xp to go, it'll take only a couple of hunts.
Option B: Forget repairing (which is a very good idea, since repairing arts at level 2 doesn't do too much good anyway), sell the item and buy a new one.
ANY repairing requires transferring of artifacts which is not allowed for level 2 players so you'd have to level up for repair even if you could send messages. | | oh, OK thanks! | You need level 6 and a blacksmith to repair your stuff.
