I often find myself in front of Groups Battles page smashed with such descriptions for combats:
10 m. 3 vs 3 10-10 vs 10-10 Optional 45 NO WIZARDS !!!!! AP=40!!! Master_X[10] [Necromancer] , #382DaChick[10] [Dark elf] [Join] vs [Join]
I would like to point out the impossible to not see *NO WIZARDS !!!!!*, sometimes replaced by *NO MAGAS* with a comparable lengthy string of exclamations!
Going beyond the exasperation of such description, and the fact that breaking them is actually a case of bad sportmanship (if properly proven), I would like to bring up to debate the fairness of such GB-requirements and the fact that such constitutes *racial discrimination!*
Shouldn't such description constitute a case of bad sportmanship?
Would breaking such battle description still constitute a case of bad sportmanship (even if proven)?
In the end I feel bad because of my race... In some countries posting such descriptions (race bias) in any public venue would surely pave your road straight into the jail...

i think that who create a battle make the "rule"
someone write no wizard
someone write no enchant
and someone put a limit to ap
they are two different kind of rule and your questions is very subjective
up to me who break a rule, break a rule and it isn't different what rule break
someone says that it's a free game and that the rispect only game rule and not battle rules (someone didn't respect games rules too)
if you found difficult to respect rules and enter, make a your group battle and wait someone

zuzu, if you open up a shop and you put a inscription on the door: "NO [insert a particular race of people] ALLOWED INSIDE", you'll have your shop's licence suspended, and you go straight to in jail! -- even though it is your shop, and your own door... you are living in a society of various races and discriminating against any of them is a illegal.

Feel free to join such battles. BATTLE DESCRIPTION is a request not an obligation. You are free to ignore anything writen there. Be it race, AP, enchants, etc.
Some clans have policies to follow AP and enchantment requests though. Its entirely up to them.
Battle description rules violations means what is writen in description(porn links, advertisment, vulgar, etc., etc.)
Feel free to smash them and report them if they insult you for that or go AFK on purpose. The rules are on your side. |
Once again to clarify: Not following the description is not a rule break under any circumstances.
Also putting "no wiz" is NOT RACISM and no rule break at all too. Wizards are not a race of people, they are faction in an online game. That is quite a difference. |

Her Highness ways are subtle (even *very* subtle!)... I do know for a fact she's been around, but she doesn't make waves...:-P

But once again, I dont see a problem really. They can write: No upgrades, max 10 AP, no wiz, no spell power, no enchants and you are absolutely free to join in your full art with giants and senior genies. :-D
Players will be a little outraged and some of your clan leaders might be interested in such behaviour, but no game rule prohibits that.

I agree with Naviron, "no wizzard description" is cowardice and I think you should feel free to join that battle. I don't like "no enchant" either, but I wouldn't break that one.
Anyway, connecting this to racial discrimination is quite funny. This is just a game and somebody just fears wizzards, that's all. |
keep busting their games, until they get sick and tired of you. Force them create their own clan where chaos magic is prohibited.
If they go AFK or insult, all the better, make them pay for their "racist" approach :p |

Good God, just when I think the forum posts can't sink any lower, somebody goes ahead and takes it to a completely new level.
Players are here to have fun. If they're not interested in fighting Wizards/DEs/Whatevers, that's their decision. If you're interested in pissing them off, that's yours.
And anyway people aren't against races, they're averse against their racial ABILITIES. If a Wizard joins with 0 mana, or a Barb joins with 10 Knowledge, or a DE joins with no Shrews, nobody'd care.
While you're at it, why don't you start complaining that the game itself is racist, because it gives different abilities to different factions? Oooh, look, Barbs can't do magic! Game is Racist! Geez.
It's a FICTIONAL WORLD, buddy. Calm the hell down already. |

this is just a game..get over it..the battle description its just created by player ..nothing more..you didn't break the rules..
by the way..those people won't type such word unless wizard is really annoying to beat..those who play against wizard before..you know what i meant =) |
Actually I take that as an indirect 'compliment'. It just mean that for some, they think your 'race' is superior, and they fear you in battle. Being conceived to be 'better' than others is something to take pride in.
Granted, a little inconvenience in not being able to join some GBs maybe, but you can always start your own. :) |
