This is partly a bunch of ideas made in some concept, partly a reaction on new LG rule protest topic

Actualy, new LG rule is not the most important thing. More events with something to gain and more various tournaments with interesting prizes can compensate the money loss from possible change in LG rules.

Generally, if players have more free options to make profit in both parts of the game (economical and military), labouring would not be that important.

Economical possibilities - generally, make it more free market.
1, Prices of resources and artefacts based on supply and demand, or let players (clans) own it and determine prices, wages, number of work places etc.
2, At least 5 (better 7 or 10) lots on market, 3 is not enough.

Battling possibilities - generally, "money for good warriors(clans)"
1, GB notification in main menu (similar as "hunt assistance notification").
2, Minor tournaments, mixed tournaments, survival too. Good money for winners.
3, More money for thieves, chance for looting artefacts or maybe even elements from victims, but also, if victim wins, he deserves the same from thief.

If clans own facilities, the facility then can be ambushed by other clan. Each clan must have still at least 3 players on guard and if they are ambushed, the 3 vs 3 battle starts. If ambushers win, they get some gold from facility account or goods from facility stock, if defenders win, they get some artefacts or gold from ambushers. If clan wins 10 times in row, it gains the facility. => clan wars, clan diplomacy, economical-military strategies ... fun and fun and fun. This game has so big potential ...

So a guild can attack a forign guild like "Russian player" or "German Player" around 12 times in a row without them able to defend themself?

This sound so much exiting. How about we delete each day on random player, if he can't defend himself within 5 minutes?
