Plus a lot of unmarked transactions back and forth, and several of those artifacts violate the 30% rule - whether they were returned or not, because loans should me marked in the transfer log, as per section 3.21 of the Rulebook:
Every transaction must be signed properly, indicating the terms of loan. |
