| U troops are lesser compare to other lv13 elven. I think this is the reason why u can't set ambush. Correct me if i am wrong. |
Hey, if you don't want suggestions, why did you bother asking in the first place?
Elfmoon is probably right. People have experienced this problem before when trying to join tournaments with a newly changed faction. There seems to be some "necessary" buildings for each faction to engage in combat.

i tough game would put msg if sometink is missing.
try to go to PvP and you'll see the message.
Thieving is considered to be PvP, not PvE. So you must have a proper army number to join such battles. |

| i don't need citadel i don't play with elf just wanted know why doesent thieving works and suddenly peoples are here pushing me to buy citadel or blaa blaa |
