As we may get an update very soon, i'd like to ask a question to those familiar with the russian server.
I think i saw in the "everything about .ru" topic that building cost was changed in .ru server.
Does it affect the level 14 buildings (dragons and tier 5 upgrade)? If yes, are they cheaper or more expensive?
