Go to your Castle page, there you'll find all the upgrades you can have in the game, and what requirement is needed.
Go to your Talent page. There you can use your Talent Points to select what talent you want to bring to battle. You get 10 TPs once you reach Combat Level 5, and 5 additional points thereafter for every level up.
