Can Diamonds be put on market for sale/resold/transferred (with price)/sell to Empire, after it's bought from the mines?
I'm asking coz what if a player buy some Diamond to save up for a TGI or whatever, and then fell into hard times (maybe heavy loss in roulette), and needs some gold urgently.
