| Technically, you cant return the gold to a blocked character, you can resend it to empire though. Since you should be grateful for having another chance, I would say, yes, its up to your decency to return the gold you illegally got before. But there is no way for us to force you into such thing. |

| If you want to sleep better at night, I think you should give back (if can't to the character you got it from, then to Empire) what is not rightfully 'earned' by your character. |
