I don't get even one ambush. Yesterday I was loged in for hours but the undead didn't attack me.
Now I'm online for about two hours and again no ambush. |
i figured it out
you must not have active MG quest on your current position
you must pass by the creature that appeared on your position
then you can ambushed by undead |

It seems that we must press the map button exactly in the right minute. |
