hi i like to play another secondary char. But i already have three ( 1 main 2 secondary). i dont want to play my two secondarys anymore. so is there a possebilety to get them blocked or doesent it matter?

Btw
one of my studentmates (Fastforward) is inactive so what will happen with this char?

well nothing will happen thios profiles wont be blocked (if u playd fair)
for inactive players still nothing will happen
and for making another character is not allowed well yo can do one thing if you really want to make a new character then leave one of ur account change the password and forget and never login again
if your secondary character if found online recently then it will sure be a block to one of your character !!!
(idk if i am right)
