For spells of level 3 and higher only building of Magic Guild is not enough. To cast those spell talents of corresponding Magic are also needed.
For 3 lv of magic - basic talent (or special talent called Wisdom[check the correct name of this talent, I don't remember it])
For 4 lv of magic - advanced talent.
And so on. |
