No halloween event? Are you kidding? This is one of the biggest events lords of war and money are getting! You have been ambushed every 43 minutes at the start, then you are allowed to start a vanguard to kill undead AND still get to be ambushed every 43 minutes in Vergent Dell, and now you still get to choose whether you want an invasion or to back up the, well, back!
