Not important (adds nothing content-wise), but still... some suggestions for spelling / style...


"Lords of War and Money" appeared in May 2008. It is an non-commercial project, it is a free online service from gamers, for gamers. People from all over the planet become part of a breathtaking and intriguing world of ancient creatures and heroes. We hope that this free game would allow you to dip into the magic and might atmosphere again and again.

Certain rules have been changed. New rule edition:

3.14. There are limits for transfers intended as presents or loans. Maximum size of debt that can be owed to all other players in total is 20000 * [Combat level] gold. The maximum term for loans is 1 month, unless the comments to the transfers state a shorter period.
3.14.1. Transfers made without comments are considered presents and fall under the rule 3.15. Commenting on all loan transfers is compulsory; returning owed property also requires a proper comment. If you intend a transfer to be returned, you must make a 1 gold transfer with proper comment to accompany your transfer, if necessary.
This rule was introduced on November, 10, 2010.

3.15. Large transfers for the reason of leaving the game etc. are forbidden. Presents must not exceed 10,000 gold * [Combat level of the grantor] + 250 * [Diamonds obtained by the grantor through donations] per month.
3.15.1. Rare trophies, Thief invitations, etc. transferred as gifts are valued at market price at the time.
3.15.2. Presents exceeding that maximum are subject to immediate return to the grantor or to Empire.
3.15.3. Weekly clan taxes mustn't exceed 300*[character combat level] gold. The maximal term for advance payment is 1 month, it is illegal to prepay and to collect taxes for longer periods.
3.15.4. If the clan Leader is collecting gold do militarize his or her clan, then each member except additional characters may transfer funds for that purpose only once, rule 3.15. applies. While the clan is not yet militarized, the clan Leader must return the transferred funds to any user upon his or her first request. If one month passes since the first militarization payment and the clan still isn't militarized, the clan Leader must refund all players with their payments.
3.15.5. There is no way for ordinary players, including donators themselves, to find out the size of their donation. [Diamonds obtained by the grantor through donations] amount may be inquired by containing a member of Administration, only by donator in the first person.

3.27. It is forbidden to trade any positions within clans. Receipt of any in-game values in return for clan position distribution will be considered a violation. Both sides will be held responsible in case of a position sale.

in stack as in HMM5 each 4 creatures killed/tranfered mana to leader, now:

Please be sure, I am acquainted with both Aurelain's and Azard's works very well. I will reveal two secrets for you:
1) We here are NOT playing Heroes of Might and Magic 5. The difference in those abilities is very far from being the only difference from the offline game.
2) This might shock you, but many tests on test servers on HWM showed that HMM5 is *extremely far* from being perfectly balanced. In fact, the balance in HMM5 is HORRIBLE, that fact being hidden by the randomness of Morale and Luck.
For over 2 years now there are tests everyday to balance the factions as closely as possible. I officially declare that balance in HWM-LWM is MUCH more precise than that in HMM5.

oh, i am playing HOMM 5 more than 2 years(i like regaming of old liked to me games), and i dont know all the abilities of all creatures! oh my Godness, its the best joke i*ve ever heard)))) from describing of mana convey i can suggest, that 12 spawns will transfer 12 mana, if they can, but even in this game 12 spawns transfer 3 MANA) hey, man, are you crazy? whats true, my Lord)
i know, that there are different gulds and arts, that are not used in HOMM5, but if you copy all characteristic from the game, copy it from the GAME, not from nice drawn wheel with animation)

This is a creature ability. I think you are in a misconception. This creature has it, and it does exactly what it says:

As for accusations about taking to consideration Aurelain's skill wheel without considering the game files, pardon me but you sound very ignorant. The Wheel is just a beautiful way to summarize and visualize all the talents in the game. They describe every talent that there is in the game, so viewing either one would allow to fully explore HMM5 trivia of talents.

But then, without looking into the actual game data we wouldn't be able to understand many mechanics. How does that "dirty" luck and morale trigger? What are the formulas for attack and defense, magic resistance, hero damage, (...) etc etc etc.
Of course, the HMM5 game files have been analyzed closely before opening the game, and are still reviewed now when necessary.

nice, you liked it too, but i was about to tell you, that you copied talents and one of this had mistake. of course, i understand, that its impossible to use ALL HOMM5 character*s abilities, but if you use it and each one ability is written right, why dont you change this mistake? necro are good, but they are weak(

As for the other issue, I shall repeat once more:

-We did not copy the skill wheel. We liked the design, that's the only thing we took from there.
-We did investigate data files from the original game.
-This is a different game. There are differences with HMM5 in this game. They are made to form a better balanced online game. Any differences from original talents are intended, and in no way "mistakes"

i was talking about special necro ability, that transfers damages, dealt to chosen troop to the mana for necroplayer
in HOMM5 each dealt 50 damages - 1 mana
there - 75 dmg per mana
why cant you make its originally version?)
hmmh i wrote long chapter of text then i read this topic again and i noticed i don't get him so i had to clear all off, don't lose your nightsleeps for this maybe we are noobs arctic;-)

You call this balance.
Ofc the situation may (and will?) change, but think about alt. grades. For example, compare GMB and Ranger. Ranger will be so overpowered unit in PvP, because of it's abilities, initiative and damage.
And then, compare recruit and it's alt. grade. The alt. grade is having different ability (not saying it'd be better) but also nearly 2x the HP of recruit. Wth?
I don't think you will release those units for players as they are, but still...
alex didn't you read anything that arctic wrote this is not COPY OF HOMM5 so why you whine that its not similar on talentwheel
