I have always been curious, if someone sets up a duel or group battle and puts on the description sat, "8 AP max only". Is it against the game rules to join that battle if you have over 8ap, and is it within the right of someone to report that player and have him punished?

I suppose its not against the rules to join a battle with a maximum/minimum AP but its making the battle unfair for others who DO join the battle with the AP required.
I think that you have the right to report this case.If im not wrong. |

WRONG..wrong wrong wrong wrong ..you have no right to report
the description written by the player at GB/duel is just convinced that player must join with same AP..This makes the battle more balance
This is not about the rules of the game but about the gaming ethics of the player |
