well,my fren,Gargenton the wizard. he still Level 2
and his spell power is 0,knowlegde 2.the magic punch should be 20 damage but at this battle, he deal 30 damage to hobgoblin

in a hunt =
[final damage]=[normal damage]*(2+[faction skill level])/2
his faction lv is 1 so
damage=20*((2+1)/2)
so
damage=20*(3/2)
so
damage=20*1.5
so
damage=30
