| Tournaments cannot allow level ups, so just hunt and then you can! Pretty simple |
If you have gathered xp in a tournament, you won't level up until you have done a normal (non tournament) fight.
This should prevend players to level up before they have finished tournament for their level.
So do a normal fight and you level up, stay at tournament fights, you stay at level 9. |
Tournament battle wont level you up, because it would ruin your chance to participate in the tournament at the given level.
Play a hunt or mercenary quest or any other kind of combat to level up. You can join the same tournament at your next level too and in case of victory can be rewarded for participating in both levels.
PS: You would have to pay the fee twice. |
