Scout day was not celebrated very pompously in the Empire. In ancient times, this day used to be an Empire-wide holiday celebrated joyfully by all subjects, nonetheless, as the years rolled by, the holiday was falling in oblivion.
Which was not a big surprise. If you come to think of it, a good spy is considered an excellent spy as long as his deeds remain unknown. Without the names of heroes themselves the popularity of this holiday among the masses was doomed; yet it was still honoured in the ruling and military circles. The Court still had a lot of homage for scouts, valuing their resourcefulness, lasting spirit, as well as their great role in the military successes of the Empire.
The Council united in full numbers on that day for a short commemoration of the scouts. They knew that very soon their service would be required.
"To Scouts, those who engage in battle before anyone else!"
"To the most valiant of warriors. Let the Twin Gods protect them on their upcoming mission. I have an idea about how to perpetuate their role in the eyes of the grass-roots."

Dear Lords,
As a tribute to Scouts who regularly risk their lives for the good of the Empire, the "Two Towers" deck has been widened by two new cards: Prism and Elven Scouts, both with the same effect - "Draw a card, discard one card, play again."
Certain cards were also rebalanced. Here is the full list of changes:
Thief - Player now receives half of the stolen resources rounded up, not down;
Succubus - Player now loses 8 stacks, not 6;
Foundation - The wall is now increased by 6, not 5, when the first condition is matched.
The game design has been changed to please the eye of both dedicated gamblers and casual tavern visitors.
Good luck in your card games!
