None is on sale right now. An un-upgraded (0 Star) one cost around 1M - 1,5M. Full annexes cost another 1,5M.

You can also try PM-ing all the players who own an estate and ask if they are willing to sell an estate.
Then again, you could just forget it. I don't believe all your gold + resources + artifacts avaliable even reach up to 50% of a normal estate price. |

Estate had been bought in the past from 800K and over Million of Gold, biding on market. Most of the buyers had construct on their estates so the value of each is now more than the starting price. You can buy sometimes an estate on market or on the forum but you will need at least 1+ million to try. 2 ways for this Enrolls, enrolls and enrolls or Diamonds.
Please avoid caps lock, this sounds like a huge "Yell" and your question sounds like more like a beg. We will alway repply your question but avoid caps!
