Transfer log

AuthorTransfer log
I sell avatars in the game. Many people have transferred gold between 200-1000 gold for the avatars. But some of them didn't write it in their transfer description. Will it be considered a financial assist? What should I do to prevent it in future?
you can transfer 1 gold back to them with description like that: the xxx gold from someone is avatars fee
You should also always remind buyers of your avatars to sign their transfers.
In case someone still forgets, do as Undead410531 suggested and send 1 gold back with a description.
#1 i will suggest you to add all your avatar created in your photo with the name of each buyer. Then you could show your work and apply #3 suggest. (Thanks Agelage)
Sorry for double post but i was suggesting the Photo Album*
The problem is all my avatars are gif so can't upload to album. But the 1 gold idea is good.
#6 convert them into jpeg, to show your work in other case, this could be considerered as hidden financial assistance. All avatar creator are proud of their creations and you can find them on their photo album. 1 gold won't change the fact this could be a finalcial assistance.
Up to you to understand the dangerous hidden way of avatar creator.

Good luck.
Another way is that you can upload all your gifs on an image hosting site like imageshack, copy the direct link of the image and paste it in the description of the 1 gold transfer.
Can I contact any administrator or moderator and tell them about it?
Read again #7 and #8
Financial assist is usually when a person or a group of persons is supporting one individual to gain financial advantages over other individuals. That can be translated by a multiple income from the same person or group of persons. In your case, not selling all the time to the same players, you don't enter in that category. But, since it seems you sell avatars through a third party, you should mention your third parties in your personal info plus to force them to make a detailed description for the transfer (e.g., "200 gp for an avatar sold to xyz"). In such way, admins and not only can check if the transfers are legal. Also, you can offer advertising discount or whatever idea you may have to tempt your customers to write in their personal info that their avatars are made by you. That will help players to see easier you are legit.
Another idea is for you to advertise your service in the correct section of this forum which should contain the contact players who should add all the time all the info about their transactions related to that and to put the link toward your thread in your personal info.
Open your file in Paint and use Save As option to save it in jpeg format
To all those who support the idea of GIF to JPEG conversion:

JPEG does not support animation of any kind. Even many do that advertising for their avatars, personally, I wouldn't do it because the effects I usually create (I do no business out of this here in this game) make my images attractive and I lose all that by a such conversion. So, I don't know why you push this guy so hard to do that. I suppose it's his choice only at the end of the day.
#9 : What should I do to prevent it in future?

Add your work on your photo album and transfer 1 gold with max explain to your buyers if they had sent you gold without explain.

Good luck.
Yeahh .. that's what u have to do .. just give gold back .. 1 gold is enough, to describe ur work .. :)
Thanks. QATC.
