hi,i am a lvl 3 necromancer,my skill is only 1!

No, that seems about right. Keep up the good work. You're almost F-lvl 2. | understood.
Each hunt "Alone" won will give you : 0.5 Faction Skill Point and 2 x 0.5 = 1 in Hunt guild.
So you can have more points in Hunt Guild than Faction Points as long as you are doing more hunts than duel or group battle.
