Some players have MG lvl 3-4-5 and have conspirations(1-2-3)

How other players have lower conspirations lvl's? |
| Well, you've probably face more of the same kind. I'm sure more that just you are up to 9-10 on some of the conspirators, but on some they're probably on low levels. |
Quests level doesn't depend on merc guild level, but on how many times you beated a given quest.
If you only get 9-10 conspiratoes quests, it means you have beaten those quest 9-10 times already. |

Also, I think some new conspirator quests were introduced recently, although I'm not sure. It could be that these players have played these new types of conspirators very little, and so they still have very low levels for those conspirators.
I know this is true for invaders - demons-invaders and others were recently added, so I actually faced demons-invaders (4) at about the same time as players like Kiskoko. |
