Depends your way of playing but Tourny is the best way to level up very fast.
2 important guilds must increase too : Hunter for the attack bonus and Labor for the defence. Each hunt will gives you x2 point in Hunter Guild and x1 in Faction Skill Point.
On RU they use a special formulla and a board to know exactly where are players compair the average.
