Also, regarding post 3,
the ability can only be used on mercenary monsters when the HP of the monster is less than 1000. This is so that the necromancer cannot kill a huge amount of monsters I guess. |

| i think i recall watching a duel where a death herald used that ability on the opponent's army. it kept killing 1 stack of the creature and taking no retal. |
why is it misleading?
I only said that if a merc monster has 10 000 hp, and you kill him for 90%+1 so he has only 999/10 000 left that you can NOT use harvest soul on it. |

Harvest soul:
α Activated special ability.
This ability kills exactly one creature in the enemy stack and dispels all positive spells and effects from it.
The target must be within reach; this creature will move to the nearest tile adjacent to the target in order to perform the ability.
This ability will only have effect at a Mercenaries' Guild monster if the latter has less than 1000 maximum HP.
Now remind me which Monster has less than 1000 maximum HP. So no, I don't think it will work on any Monster we have currently.

| Actually it can be very useful in PvP. Killing 7th (and maybe 6th) tier creatures without taking retalition is very useful in situations when you don't have many Death Heralds left. |
