I'm writing this for my wife
It happened to her many times that sometimes the browser does not refresh the webpage automatically when doing a TG ambush, sometimes it's ok but sometimes when fighting against a player in TG this will result in an AFK, which lead to a definite lose, like this battle

What could be wrong? We both using firefox as the browser, and I've never got this problem. |

| I suggest one thing. After setting an ambush, leave your browser on a page that auto refreshes itself, like Group Battles page. Maybe then when an ambush occurs, you wont miss it because the page would have refreshed itself and you will hear the "ping" sound signalling the setup phase. :) |
