The only way to have a tgi in your inventory is buying the TGI from other players (market or tranfer with direct price)
Buying TGI at silent hill will just make you a thief without "using" the TGI (virtually done) |

You don't take it anywhere. Simply go to your inventory, find the thief invitation, and click on use, above the sell button. For your own sanity, please try to avoid clicking on that sell button.
And how many it costs in the market?
Prices differ. Currently, there is 1 TGI being sold at the market at 1,145,000 gold. |

How possible possible the reach TG5 without being a thief? Miracle? Check the player and you will see this on his profil. Of course you can have a TGI at TG5 but what is a point without starting point?
