This is the point. Archive gets released before start of each month to show numbers are pre-generated and fair, not rigged by administration. At the end of each month, password to the archive is posted.
Except that it isnt. :-( |

No, not really. This is how it used to work when it used to work, how it still works at .ru server:
They stick a file called january 2011 there today. You can download the encrypted file(with code you would need CIA to decode). After January they release the code to open the file. You have been betting and writing down the numbers for example from January 3rd. And after you open the file, you will see the same pre-generated numbers that "spinned" during january 3rd. Thus disproving the conspiracy teories, showing you, that you lost due to wrong bet, not due to rigged roulette and "changed numbers". |
