It means you need to enrol about minimal 3'500 times, hmmm it's more then i did in 2 years. but you can get it if you really want. (sing)

Well dont worry. If you dont want to wait 5 years or give up your real life what i can absolutly understand, you can donate. Yes sorry my friend, i am talking about real money. An estate costs only 480 Euro. Well i would never do that but its a possibility. xD
Well now comes the happy end:
Just wait till they will make it cheaper with an update, cause they maybe see that its not very good for get some new players. Or you can easily disclaim. Estates are nice, but you can do everything else without one.

Not TGI though. Each lvl in TG gives initiative which is crucial in PvPs. Also for DE, it is somewhat like a must.They are weak in almost everything and their advantage is only in ambushes. |

So if everybody is not a thief in a group battle, there will come a big sign up saying "You lose all, because no one did buy a TGI!"
