| I see he'e offline | | You must wait till he's online. B.T.W you're only lvl 10. Councilor Feurlis only accepts players lvl 12-14. | First you have to raise your level to at least 12 (most likely 13) before he gets online again.
Second, you need to wait for him to get online.
Fourth, you go into the 'Duels' page and take his challenge. |
