You have a bit of a problem here. Your quiz, as it currently stands could last forever.
Most competitions of this nature run in one of two major ways.
Either the competition is for a limited time (example - https://www.lordswm.com/forum_messages.php?tid=1893277) so that everyone knows when it will end. That way they can give it their best try before it ends, or perhaps just observe to discover the answer if the puzzle intrigues them.
The other major way that these things are done, if it is to be run for an "unlimited" time, 'til the correct answer is given, is to provide occasional clues so that the competition may "progress" and actually finish at some foreseeable point in the future.
BTW, in either case, it is traditional to provide the correct answer at the end of the competition so that people can compare it to the "quiz" and know that the whole thing was not a hoax or joke played by someone else at their expense (Douglas Adams' "Hitch-hikers Guide to the Galaxy" with "The Answer to Life, the Universe and Everything" is perhaps a good example here).
Of course you are welcome to run your competition anyway you so choose, but perhaps I have given you something to think about?

| He break the emergency door which cause that alarm. But you did not say he entered the the military base so he is stilled outside the military base. So he is 3 km in front of the emergency door so he could escape without the police seeing him. |

| He found a way to the armory, armed himself with a side-arm and wore a soldier's uniform and killed another soldier with the gun, found the supervisor and told him that he found the intruder, the intruder was about to shoot so he shot him. He took the I.D of the dead soldier after killing him and stuck his own photo and the lockdown was removed and he asked for a day's leave/escaped. |
