| no. you can always get someone to repair for you. |
| well, it depends your way of playing : if you want to repair yourself your arts and start small enchantement on your arts, you must build it. In other cases you can built it later not necessary on level 6. |
| Unless 1) you want to enchant artifacts yourself or repair artifacts yourself or 2) not be dependent on others or 3) have a lot of gold to fling out of the window (in which case you can just gift them to someone, like me), no. |
