Well, theoretically, there is no disadvantage as you can fully ignore it as if it wouldn't be there at all for you.
In my oppinion, the biggest advantage is that you can "exchange your gold with fsp and exp at a good rate" by winning fights with enough arts equipped. |

| Advantage for all but a lil tough for lower (1-5) lvel players like me. The earlier stages were easier but its supposed to get tougher so no problems. Thanks to Admin for creating this event |

I'm CL 10 and I usually go into these infernal battles with players of the CL 8-13 range. I usually get level 8 bosses; 7 if I go in with lower levels, 9 if with higher CL players (11-13). I haven't managed to pick up a single victory against leaders, though I have been close.
So I think this phase of the event is pretty much designed for high CL players.
Three players CL 14/15 can crush a level 9 leader. But 2 CL 10 with a CL 11 or 12 have a really tough job, and we just don't get medium level leaders.
So, as it stands: if I get a leader, I lose; if no leader, easy win. I don't really like to complaint, I'm perfectly aware any event can't please everyone. I'm justing pointing out something obvious: this 3rd phase of the event is very punishing for CL players of the range 9-11.

Try to go in a battle with a high-ish level Necromancer and any level Holy caster, as long as their talents can sustain their casting.
Buffed Vampires are the key to fighting bosses in this event.
On the other hand, a powerful Darkness caster and a level 12+ Elf with Holy talents would give your Shrews what they need for the win. Trees Entangle while the caster debuffs the boss. Your Shrews would take the boss down considerably before the Trees die. |
Disadvantage also:
When you ask for assistance, everyone will be busy in this event and no one will join! |

That's my point. Without a CL 14/15, intermediate CL players have it difficult, since we get to fight the same leaders and not lower level ones.
A team made exclusively of CL 10/11 players should be facing level 5/6 leaders, not 8/9.
I mean, look at the leaders' chart and see how many level 4/5/6 leaders are left. Who is going at them? CL 5 players? They are as useless against them as we are against the top ones. |
@9. It wastes money? What's money for in this game? To use. To have fun. If you want to save money, don't join in.
@any complainer In an event where you can opt out, how is their any downside? We have no events. Whinge. We have event. It wastes money. Some people will always find something to whine about. |
I'm not whinning, I'm just pointing out something I think is not so right. Can't take some positive criticism? Well, man up.
I am glad to have this event; I am grateful to the admins; I am enjoying it and I will continue to fight these battles even if I don't get to slay a leader (yes, that means I will go on fighting even if things don't get corrected).
Things will get better? Good!
Things will keep the same? We play with the hand we're given.
