| In personal settings there should be "secondary account" checkbox and place to enter main account name to make sure people dont break secondary char rules by accident, by limiting things that secondary char can do(Transfers between main char, using forums, renting). This way additional chars would be also automatically signed for both chars. |

and also there should be a technique so that one cannot create characters from the same I.P. unless the main character approves so... |

I do agree more things could be added to the code about secondary characters.
However, this idea in particular still requires players to be "honest", and actually check that box.
Would be a welcome improvement for the actual honest players though.
