Full question is:
How to buy arts, like mithril staff and mithril sword, but not in the market? I can't buy them in artifact shop, and I can't buy them anywhere on the map. |
1. You must have the resources required to buy from artifact shop.
2. Make sure your inventory is not full. If it's full you can't buy any arts till it has some free spots. |
3. Make sure the facility has artifacts in stock ("In stock" value must be higher or equal to 1).
For some arts, the stock is gone a few seconds after being increased (the same thing happens at mines, for example), so make sure you're at the facility page pressing F5 (refreshing the page, that is) when the work shift is about to end so that you have a chance to buy anything. You might need a fast connection too. |

This was the problem. I was confused why can i buy some arts and for some other arts I don't have nether the "buy" link nor the "Alternative purchase sites" link.
