what arts should i have hwn im level 8? and when the dura is end of them what do i do whith them? I knowe to repair but should i do it?
As A Wizard You Should Have(At Less Cost) One combat Staff, One Wizard Cap Or Amulet Of luck.when the dura is end of them what do i do whith them? I knowe to repair but should i do it?

If You Have Big Money Then You Can Repair It Yourself Or Give For Repairing< Other Wise Sell It And Buy Another.
I recommend "Light axe", "Defender shield", "Medal of bravery" and "Leather hat". Their cost is almost half of the cost of the items proposed in post #2 and, as some hunts and quests can be won this way too, I see no reason why you should be spending your gold on more expensive items.

Repairing is never worth for shop artifacts unless they are enchanted.
I recommend Reprisal sword + Defender shield + Medal of bravery. This combination cost is slightly more than in the #3, but the attributes are much better.
for lvl 8 i used respiral sword+defender shield
That depends on what you're looking for actually.

If you're looking for "minimum arts-cost per battle", then you should do as DarkSooth says. It's the most basic gear that will let you fight in a battle for almost no cost at all, which is probably the best for you right now.
For you as a wizard it doesn't do you very good though, since you're mostly looking for spellpower and knowledge.

If you're looking for "good gear" without going full-arts you should focus on arts that raise those two attributes. I'd suggest Cape of Spirits, Wizard Cap and either Combat staff (cheap, so-so good) or Staff of power (Expensive, the best weapon for your level!). Alternatively, you could just go for Staff of power, since it's quite good, but remember it comes at a high price.

If you want "Full Arts" we're talking business.
Staff of Power
Wizard Helmet
Wizard Attire
Cape of Magical Power
Two Prohpet-rings
Pendant of Despair - Because that extra initiative is great.
Defender shield - Because there's not any good off-hand weapon for wizards really, and the dragon-shield feels overpriced.
For shoes I'd go with Light mithril boots. Could also go with Shoes of Aspiration, but the mithril ones are better.

When it comes to repairing, you should never repair shop-arts unless you're trying to raise your smiths guild-level. They are cheaper to sell back and buy new ones. (Enchanted items are an exception.)
Well, I agree with almost everything Agelage said. But there is one more artifact set that you should consider:

Steel blade (or light axe), galoshes of battle, wizard cap, cape of spirits.

This is a min ap set that is still quite cheap. If you add a combat staff or a staff of power, it becomes more expensive. I found that the extra stats from the combat staff and staff of power were rarely useful.

Yes, that's actually better. The combat staff doesn't add enough for it's price, and the staff of power is just too expensive to use for minimum battles. This set is probably what I will use when my alt becomes level 8.
for DarkSooth,
for zephyr_pro,
for Atheros:

He( MeAndLight7) IS A Wizard And In My Opinion It Is Useful in Hard Hunts And Even Min Ap Duels Or Group Combats.
