Receptionist for Artifacts

There should be a part of an estate called the "Artifact Reception.
This part of the estate would allow people to set an X amount of arts in the estate.
These arts aren't like the trophy hall, they would be able to be leased out at any time as long as it had durability left.

Of course that would be there. It is technically a transfer btw ;)

Doesn't necessarily have to be. Empire could create a place in each area of the map. Each one would hold 10 to 25 artifacts and empire could charge an amount of commission :)

Some improvements we discussed while thinking about this idea:

- it could be rental shops which are put on auction by the Empire, like estates.
- rental shops for clans would be very nice and easy to use.
- rental shops could provide extra artifact storage and extra rental slots per upgrade (like we have now in estates).
- if there are clan rental shops, we could open or close them for nonclanmembers and other options.
