It determines how long you have to wait for a new quest.
At reputation 0 you have to wait 40 minutes, at reputataion 10 (max) you have to wait 20 minutes, so each 0.5 points reduces waiting time by 1 minute. |

| No everytime you lose it goes down by 1 but if you pass the quest it goes down by 0.5 |
