| I gave an application for starting a clan long ago. The status is just blank and I have 40k gold. But i cannot create it. I dont know why. Please help me. |

Wow. Your name actually fits... You are cool. Waiting 6 months before asking (politely!) in the forum? We're used to people going berserk after 2 days or less.
Eh, the reason your clan isn't accepted is probably because it is overlooked somehow. There's someone manually overseeing all clan-creations, so what you're waiting for is another person to browse through the applications and accept them. (PMing Secretary sometimes get the job done.)

vichu97 doesn't have you listed as a multi though?
If you indeed are the multi of vichu97, I must add two things.
3.9.1. Additional characters are forbidden to post messages at the Main forums. Your communication identity is supposed to go through your main one.
and
3.10.1. If you register an additional character, you are bound to show that in the opening line of the "character information" of both, commenting who is the main character and who is the additional one. Just the line "I've got another character" or "This is an additional character" is not enough. Indication of nicknames of them all is obligatory. Additional characters who aren't signed will be blocked immediately.
Oh...
And also, if indeed you are a multi, then that might be why the clan is not approved yet. Although it's not technically against the rules to create a clan as a multi.
3.13. Additional characters are not allowed to make presents to anyone, or pay/receive clan taxes/entrance fees.
The question is, how are you going to get clan-members if you can't recieve entrance fees?

This is done because else everyone would make a clan from their multi (using multi's gold) and then use it for their main. |

Additional characters aren't completely useless to the main character.
Apart from their intended purpose, to give players experience with other factions, it is permitted to use your mains reference link to sign them up.
