I make lvl 5 with wizard and I chose a talent "Basic Chaos Magic", but I don't have the ICE RING and FIREBALL spels.
Wath I must to do to lern that spels? | you need magic guild level 3 in order to learn lv3 spells (ice ring, fireball)
without magic guild, you have no spells.
talent mastery allow you to access to cast spells; except you are using wisdom under sorcery talent to access the spells without any talent mastery BUT it still restrict you go level 4 spells.
HENCE,
you need to build magic guild 1,2/3/4/5 to learn level 1,2/3/4/5 with atleast no/basic/advanced/expert talent mastery to access and cast the spells.
of course, you need mana with the investment of knowledge to cast | so, without magic guild lvl 3 I can't learn (ice ring and fireball).
ok thanks for help. | | but, it doesnt mean basic chaos is useless. it still increase dmg on all your chaos spells | ye, that I know.
