Again as in #2 - you need talents. Get Basic Holy Magic and you will have chastise and evasion in your book, remove Basic Holy Magic - and you won't be able to cast these spells.. The same with Dark magic spells. |
| some function(wiz,necro,DE & demon) can use wisdom talent(Sorcery Build), they don't need basic talent for getting MG3 spells. |

you need to build magic guild level 3 to learn level 3 spells.
you need basic talent mastery to access level 3 spells. the only way to skip the talent mastery is get wisdom talent but your level 3 spells will more weak due to no talent mastery.
hence, you need to build Magic Guild Level 1/2/3/4/5 to learn Level 1/2/3/4/5 spells WITH no/no/basic/advanced/expert talent mastery to cast the spells |
