After reaching faction skill 9, the initiative of my troops increased like described in https://www.lordswm.com/help.php?section=10, but attack and defence NOT.
Anybody with this problem?
If yes, how it was solved?

Anyway, then why i don't see the att and def earned in faction skill 1-8?
E.G. at recruit my vamp has 43at 40 def. in combat has 45at 42 def (only +2 that i earned at FS9) But at FS 1-8 I earned +4att and +4 def...
