| what does it mean i get a productivity boost every time i lvl |
| you earn a certain amount of gold every time you enroll, when you level up your laborers guild, that amount of gold increases per enroll |
For example at LG1 you will get a wage 1.1 times that listed at the facility.
So if the wage is 200 per hour you will actually earn 220 at LG1. :)
Also I believe players with higher LG levels actually produce more at that facility but I may be wrong... |

Look at the Labourer's Guild section. It shows the productivity for each LG level.
