Pretty sure it was a balance decision. Maybe the other factions needed some more HP at higher levels.

We know that wizards did not get more troops. There was a post somewhere specifiying that demons and wizards did not receive additional troops.

That was an assumption; that why I asked here to be sure. Well, if there's still no increase at lvl 13, that must be true indeed. I kinda understand for elves, but for some factions, I don't feel that was really needed... Oh well, that's a small balancing anyway. |
Looking for ome input:
1.) Any suggestions for talent selection for the rebel camps? Seeing how long drawn out the battles seem to be I guess Mana Recovery seems like a good choice.
2.) Any good suggestion for min arts other than what I use? Guess nothing is cheaper but doesn't boost my spellpower/knowledge at all. |

For min arts I used a sword of retribution, amulet of luck, cape of spirits, and defender shield

I think I can safely say that mage is the best way for a level 10 for hunts. However, for pvp and the event, I would think that might is an option because 14 genies are powerful. The only thing is wizards don't have advantages that the others do (shrews, liz charge, cerbs, xbows, etc.) |
We get those very very late with Titans and Sphynx Warriros. :(

@55: Give the gargs a speed mini-art, that should solve your problem. I haven't really looked at it though. |

Try not to get caught in the corner, attempt to kill all of one stack so there aren't as many foes to run from then you'll probably win.

Sphynx are not that great. No retal is good, but ini and dmg are too low to make them better than the other T5. |
Well Sphynx Warriors have Onset which doubles initiative and with Arts you can get +2 morale and another +10% Initiative or so.
Third part for speed or attack.
They have a lot of HP as well. |

I was replying to the quote, that was about guardians :) I can't talk about warriors, since I never played with them. IMO, mini arts are hardly a way to get powerfull creatures, but just a way to make up for our lack of real might talents, as well as our troops low strenght.
Yet, I have to agree with you about one point: guardians seem to be a real increase in sphynx's strenght, more than most other factions (DE hardly get better when upgraded, as well as cav, and their new ability looks quite loosy), and they get onset which will finally allow us to have a (virtually) high ini-ed stack (as much as shrews!). Ofc, that's a long way to go before most of us get to use them... |
