Possible answers:
1. Financial crisis throughout the Empire.

After my observation of every battles of hamster in this server..i can conclude that why there is no reason for 29000000th battle..
You need to have hamster come out AFTER 4 move of your unit |

only 1 turn away..and yet 100k gold is away |
